We're looking for a Customer Support Agent who can be the voice of Mucho — someone who brings empathy, energy, and solutions to every conversation. You’ll handle everything from shipping questions and product feedback to surprise-and-delight moments that keep our community coming back.
This is a high-impact, customer-facing role at a high-growth brand. You’ll be on the front lines learning what our customers love, hate, and wish for — and sharing those insights back with the team.
