Creative is everything — and we’re looking for someone who knows how to edit videos that stop the scroll, whether they’re running as ads or going viral on TikTok.
We’re hiring a Junior Video Editor who lives and breathes TikTok-style content — and knows how to make it sell.
Understanding story telling principles, creative strategy, and retention mechanisms are more important to us than advanced editing skills.
You’ll take raw footage and turn it into fast, punchy edits for paid ads and organic content across TikTok, Reels, and Shorts. These won’t be polished brand videos — they’ll feel real, native, messy in the right way, and impossible to ignore.
You’ll work directly with our Head of Growth & Founder to bring new ideas to life and constantly test new formats, hooks, and editing styles.
